Instructions on the right of withdrawal for digital content (PDF and audio downloads)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Thomas Gutheil, Am Knick 4b, 23843 Bad Oldesloe, email: hello@winealltheway.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal for digital content
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you under the contract without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your communication concerning your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Where payment was processed through Lemon Squeezy in its capacity as Merchant of Record, any reimbursement will be processed by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with its Buyer Terms and Conditions.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content (PDF and audio downloads)
In the case of a PDF or audio download, your right of withdrawal expires once performance of the contract has begun, provided that you gave your prior express consent to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you would thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance began. The provision of a functional download link shall be deemed to constitute the start of performance, provided that the statutory requirements for the expiry of the right of withdrawal are met.

If you requested that access to the Wine Quiz be activated during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a reasonable proportionate amount for the digital service provided up to the time of withdrawal, provided that the statutory requirements for this are met.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal online, by using our model withdrawal form, or by sending us another unequivocal statement by email or post.
Online withdrawal
You can use our online withdrawal function to submit your withdrawal electronically. After entering the information required to identify you and the relevant contract, you will be asked to confirm your withdrawal. We will send an acknowledgement of receipt to the email address you provide without undue delay.
Model withdrawal form
Alternatively, you may use our model withdrawal form for digital content and digital services. Use of the form is not obligatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us any other unequivocal statement setting out your decision to withdraw from the contract.
